PFGLab 1.4.99.416 RC1 is the Release Candidate 1 build for the upcoming major PFGLab 1.5 release.
Although marked as a Release Candidate, this version includes major stability improvements and is recommended over the older PFGLab 1.4.1.307 release for all users.
The previous 1.4.1.307 version remains available as a fallback option if needed.
Main improvements:
- Major stability and reliability improvements during playback and frequency changes
- Improved USB device detection, connection, reconnection, and error handling
- Smoother and more responsive operation during long sessions and large frequency transitions
- New light and dark themes, with a cleaner and more modern interface
- Improved session browsing, search, history, import, and multi-file import
- Added local backup and restore for PFGLab data
- Improved support for protected/read-only sessions
- Better waveform handling, naming consistency, and visual waveform monitoring
- Improved logging and support tools for easier troubleshooting
- Updated internal database runtime and bundled USB drivers
Recommended over PFGLab 1.4.1.307 for all users.
